• Please note that these products are handmade with natural materials, which means that some stones have scratches from their original state.
• We will repair your product within 15-20 business days. If the product cannot be repaired, we will exchange it for a new one. We do not accept returns.
• If you have purchased more than one item, we will only exchange the defective item.
